Step 1 - Consultation

Complimentary initial consultation with Ms. Williams to determine the parameters of the hire; title, years of experience needed, education and certification requirements, cultural and soft skills, etc.

Step 2 - Sourcing, Recruiting and Submitting

LWC Consulting will perform the work of recruiting, sourcing and filtering through the profiles of hundreds of candidates, interviewing and qualifying, ensuring that the candidates presented fill all of the requirements for our client.

Step 3 - Interviews

After delivering a sufficient number of highly qualified candidates, we take responsibility for arranging all interviews, delivering feedback and managing the interview process until the perfect candidate is chosen.

Step 4 - Negotiations, Offer and Closing

At this point we can handle as much or as little as You, Your HR or Recruiting Manager would require relative to: compensation negotiation, reference check, arranging the start date, etc.
